Our story
Authorized Vacuum Company’s founder opened this repair shop here in 1962. Owners have changed, the look has changed, and vacuums have changed. Dedication to the customer has not.
We’re here for Cheyenne and the surrounding area: high-quality machines and repair you can trust.
Keaton and Lisa have lived in Cheyenne most of their lives. Keaton has worked in the trades for many years; he now runs the store and does the repairs. Lisa is a teacher and helps in the store as much as she can.
They have two boys, two dogs, and raise chickens and pigs. As a family they watch University of Wyoming men’s basketball and spend time with family and friends. Some days the shop closes a little early for the Laramie County Fair, where one of their sons shows pigs.
We don’t just sell vacuums, bags, or belts. We repair almost any machine you have, stock major brands, and keep used and refurbished units on the floor. Curious which model fits? Ask — that’s the point of coming in.
